LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--O2 Investment Partners (www.o2investment.com) is pleased to announce that 4M Building Solutions (“4M”), a leading full-service commercial cleaning and janitorial services platform, has completed the acquisition of Hendersonville, Tennessee based Covenant Building Service (“Covenant”). Terms of the investment were not disclosed.

Covenant has served the Nashville area for 13 years and cleans 4 million square feet of space daily across a variety of end markets. The Company specializes in janitorial services, contract cleaning, floor care, tile and grout, pressure washing, and maintenance services.

Covenant marks 4M’s eighth acquisition since partnering with O2 Investment Partners in January 2023. Tim M.
