Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Netspend, where he played a pivotal role in the company's initial public offering (IPO), overseeing SEC financial reporting and collaborating with underwriters on due diligence. Anderson also led the financial integration of a $140 million acquisition, implemented major ERP systems and spearheaded several financial infrastructure improvements.
